Common questions

Who can sign up?

Anyone who works or volunteers at a non-profit, and grant consultants or grant writers. We choose a mix of testers so we hear from many kinds of organizations.

Is the beta really free?

Yes. If you are chosen, SearchStack costs nothing from November 1 to December 31. We do not ask for any payment details.

When will I know if I have a place?

We will email everyone who signs up before November 1, whether or not they have been chosen.

What will I need to do as a tester?

Use SearchStack for your real work and tell us what helps and what gets in the way. Share as much or as little as you like.

What happens after December 31?

Your free beta access ends. Because we never take payment details, you will not be charged. We will email you about your options before then.

How do you use my details?

We use them to run the beta and to email you about it. We only send other news if you tick the optional updates box. We never sell or share them. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to beta@stacktechsolutions.org.

Sign up for the beta

Places are limited. We will email everyone who signs up before November 1 to say whether they have a place.

Prefer email? Write to beta@stacktechsolutions.org

We'll use this to contact you about the beta.

If you are a consultant, use the name of your business.

Which best describes you?

For example, the kinds of grants you look for or how many applications you write each year.

This helps us invite testers from different areas.

By signing up, I agree that StackTech Solutions may store my details to review my beta application and contact me about it. Signing up does not commit you to anything, and we never share your details.
